Online TOC-380R analyzer adopts combustion oxidation method described in ISO 8245 to detect the organic pollutants (measured and expressed in terms of organic carbon) present in the sample as the organic pollutant of the industrial effluents is considered the most basic and important monitoring parameter. All the Measurements are realized in 5 to 6 minutes making this analyzer desirable for various applications. COD values can also be established from TOC measurements by using the correlation factor.

The TOC-780 is a high-sensitivity, automatic TOC analyzer which quickly and accurately measures the total organic carbon content of pure water, and water from rivers and other sources, in either online or offline mode.
This system is designed to achieve superior operability and save space, based on the previous TOC-700 Series which achieved high-speed response (90% response within five minutes) by employing a continuous measurement system developed using Toray Engineerings proprietary technology.

EHF-770V adopts Yanacos signature HOT-FID technology to measure volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in the sample. All the sample lines in the analyzer are heated to 120-150 C to reduce the adsorption of VOCs present in the sample. HOT-FID technology ensures continuous, stable and long-term measurements of VOCs that are formed in various production processes.

Chemical oxygen demand (COD) is an important parameter for understanding eutrophication and investigating the quality of industrial effluents, river water, seawater etc. Acid potassium permanganate method is adopted along with Conventional method of heating the sample and reagents using boiling water circulation system has been automated to reduce labour, maintenance and operational costs. Online COD analyzer is designed to measure COD values in accordance with JIS K 0102(Japan international standards) continuously with higher precision and without any human intervention.
